CPE Credits: CPE certificates of completion will be emailed to attendees who either: a) remain logged for a minimum of 50 minutes for each 60 minutes of content, and who answer a minimum of 84% of the online polling questions, or b) attend the entire in-person class and sign the registration sheet(s). Both classes are eligible for a total of 7 CPE credits.
Refunds: Refunds requested 15 days or more in advance of the class date will be refunded in full, minus a $25 processing fee. Refunds requested 7-14 days in advance will be made for 50% of the full amount paid. No refund will be made if the request is less than 7 days in advance of the class.
Q&A: Attendees will be able to ask questions via the Q&A panel. Questions will be answered on a regular, frequent basis.
