SAN JOSE, California – December 2, 2009 — Tensoft, Inc. today announced a no cost offer to Softrax customers running Microsoft Dynamics GP, allowing them a one-to-one exchange of Softrax’s revenue and contract management applications to an equivalent configuration of Tensoft Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). In addition, Tensoft is offering Tensoft RCM at no cost to Softrax customers running Softrax financials who switch to Tensoft’s end-to-end ERP solution, delivered either on-premise or on-demand. The offer provides these companies with a safe passage away from the uncertainties arising out of the acquisition of the Softrax software brands by AFS Technologies, as well as a clear road map to the next generation of business software.
Under Tensoft’s safe passage program, businesses concerned about the challenges of facing the migration to yet-to-be-developed AFS offerings and disruptions from the integration of multiple platforms, technologies and corporate cultures will receive a half-day assessment study at no cost, as a first step to their transition. Tensoft’s streamlined implementation methodology will then allow these companies to migrate quickly – going live on Tensoft’s end-to-end ERP solution for the software and technology industries in an average of eight weeks, and on Tensoft’s advanced revenue, billing and contract management solutions in an average of just four to six weeks.
“With all of the recent and pending changes to regulatory compliance for technology companies, this is a difficult time to be saddled with older technology and additional uncertainties about the future,” said Bob Scarborough, President and CEO, Tensoft, Inc. “Softrax customers should not feel obligated to continue to fund new development for a newly created division of AFS Technologies when a viable alternative exists that has been developed on current technology and has the added advantage of seamless integration to Microsoft Dynamics GP. I encourage all Softrax customers to seriously explore Tensoft’s safe passage offer.”
Tensoft’s program also includes an offer to discuss how Tensoft can help businesses leverage the benefits of cloud computing, while protecting their existing investments. Softrax customers can achieve greater productivity, higher velocity and lower IT costs by migrating to Tensoft’s Tier I, SAS70 certified hosting environment.
