In light of the recent acquisition of one of our customers, ClariPhy by Inphi, we have been considering our role in helping companies scale their business, the value of systems in an exit strategy – by potential acquisitions or IPO. And a lot of what we have heard over the years is the ability to have a structured, systematic, provable process in place helps with substantiated and provable value. The ability to show you have control of your production, control of your quality processes, control of your execution management, all lends itself to better validation of your value proposition, and what you have and can deliver to customers.
