Unified Login
Users can log in to all licensed Tensoft applications using a single username and password, simplifying access management. The password complexity rules are consistently applied across all applications. You can enable multifactor authentication (MFA) via the Microsoft Authenticator app, to add an extra layer of security to user accounts.
User Empowerment
With the launch portal, we have introduced a new role of Administrator for Tensoft applications. You can designate an employee at your company for account and user management.
Administrators can create, deactivate and change users in accordance with their entitlements, and create and manage role-based access via configurable menu level Security Groups.
User Access Control
Administrators can create Security Groups and assign them to particular users, thereby controlling which information or product screens these users are permitted to view and engage with.
For DemandOps, you can define visibility at the menu level (quotes, shipping, revenue, business setup, etc.). If you have multiple companies, you can enable or restrict access for the user to a specific company.
Audit Logs
Audit logs allow administrators to track user activities, including login and logout events, failed login attempts, changes to user accounts and security groups. Administrators can generate a comprehensive report on user access levels and entitlements, facilitating periodic reviews within the organization.
